Research:

• 1 research slot should be constantly researching Anti-Tank, try to juggle each AT tech.
• The 3 100% artillery research bonuses you get from focus tree shall be applied on 1941 AT tech, 1942 AT tech and 1943 AT respectively. 
• Remaining research slots research the first electronic mechanical engineering tech, then tools, dispersed industry, construction, excavation, fuel refining. Get all 1937 Industry techs done by the end of 1937. 
• Civil works industry bonuses shall be applied on construction 4 and fuel refining 4 respectively. This means before civil works focus finishes, you should begin researching dispersed industry 3, construction 3 and fuel refining 3. Once those are complete, the bonuses can be applied correctly. Once the bonuses are correctly applied to to construction 4 and fuel refining 4 you switch to other research and postpone them until 1940. 
• Research railway gun, tools 3, excavation 3, radio, marine 1, transport tech on time. 

Construction:

3 levels of Infrastructure in Transylvania, then civs in it. 1 Infra in Mutenia, then civs in it. Build civs until December 1938. 

Production:

Starting mils:

1 mil on support equipment, 5 mils on infantry equipment, 1 mil on anti air

afterwards:

2 new mils on train, 1 mil on truck, 4 mils on AT, 4 mils on railway gun after researching it, then more on infantry equipment

Dockyard builds war support cruiser (lisence from italy or germany), then assign as pride of the fleet

Units:

Go mass assault right side for the manpower. Your task is to produce standard infantry for a variety of possible needs. 

The following are possible units the team need from you: please produce what germany wants you to produce. 

20.8w barb inf:

13 infantry battalions, logistics company, support AT

22.4w dday backline inf:

14 infantry battalions, logistics company, support AT, support AA

Marines:

19 marine battalions, 2 infantry battalions, support engineer, artillery, anti air

Mountaineers:

18 mountaineer battalions, support engineer, artillery, anti air

Railway guns:

Move them to where your team needs them in France, Norway, Africa, Soviet Union and keep up with the frontline. Do not let them get overrun by enemy troops 

Mobilization:

Manpower is the main constraint. Make sure you are always mobilizing! Go service by requirement in last 1938, and go all adult serve at danzig. Make sure you are at 100% war support all the time, which speeds up mobilization.
