Keep being up to date with guns, AT, logistics, engineers, signals, tools, and at least the first radio tech(never research concentrated 4 until you land in France).

Note: the goal is to rush conc 3 asap for the building slots, and thus juggling conc 2 and conc 3 is crucial. Spend the industrial bonus on Conc 2 & 3 + Tools 3, but as soon as the bonus is applied on Tools 3, you switch over to construction 2, and use that slot later to juggle conc 3. Getting AT2, Engine 2, and Conversion 2 is also very important to start converting all the base into the HC2 TD.

Production:

On the left: day 1 production, 1 AA, 1 support equipment, rest on heavy Base 1(several lines of 1mil(final) and 4mil(base) to pre-set up the conversion ratio), 4 on mech, 2 on gun2/3. 
(tip: you could do 4mil(final) and 14mil(base) and from then on do 2-7 or 3-11 ratio at the bottom of the production line so when you cap, those 12 inefficient mils disappear)

On the right: during the conversion process in December 1938(you should testbuild!!):
Switch all the heavy tank lines into the Switch design, and switch it to the HC2 TD design, decommission the Base 1 and the Switch designs and hit convert.
Delete AA and support equipment and replace with 1 on flame, 1 on light tank recon.

After you capitulate, switch all the lines of base(big mil number) HC2 TDs into the Switch design, and then switch again to the Base 2 design (decommission the Base 2 design as well). 1 mil should be queued into the final armor and 2 mil on the base armor asap.

The ratio is the following:
1 HC2 TDs mil = 3.9 base mils
1 HV3 TDs mil = 3.9 base mils
1 HC3 TDs mil = 3.5 base mils
1 final armor slave mil = 2.1 base armor slave mils


A good set up of your production line after getting all 40 mils. You can hit the convert button multiple times on the final armor(due to running out of base) and the 1 TD(due to overproducing base) every few days. Once in mainland France, just build civs in Brittany and expand the lines.
You can also click war bonds to build with 2 extra civs and trade the steel for convoys.

Construction:


Build civs in Syria, Bamako(west africa) and French Caribbean(occupation law into local autonomy!!). 

Build mils thereafter but do not build any in north africa/corsica/mainland. 

With concentrated 3 you unlock more slots in Syria, West Africa, Caribbean, Central Africa, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Madagascar islands(reunion and comoro), and some 20 slots in south america and africa. 

Make sure to max out mils in queue for the invest in the X locations(you can check colonial industry or military factories to see where they spawn in) for the invest focuses(syria and west africa), and finish those mils before finishing “Military Factories”.


 

Agency:

Do 5 agency upgrades asap (Form Department, Max Passive Defense), keep the agents on counter-intel.


 

Strat & Designs/Template:

1 Div Training until early 39

Relief of Command

Train Airforce and pick Branch Independence Spirit

Make sure to max out mils in queue for the invest in the X locations for the invest focuses, and finish those mils before finishing “Military Factories”.

Push out everything in stockpile to Syria(delete useless stuff after cap) and inf/mountaineers for Corsica OR use the LL technique(modify LL every 10 days to reset the timer) to SAF(or another non-afk land connection country) but LL all your convoys+trains(and old guns) away to Raj as soon as ww2 starts.

GBP left for planning stack(better doctrine)

Build planning over Syria(field marshal frontline + offensive line, then unassign your divisions and manually move them to the frontline), then switch to Tip of the spear and assign the TDs in a naval invasion order from Alexandria to retain the planning.

Advanced tip: make like 12+ converts(40w inf) and send them to London(or raj), edit the 40w inf template into your tank template, turn off all equipment and save to make it an empty tank division, and then send the guns to raj OR more converts.

Beg UK to give you army XP from joint training and give you more legitimacy

Try to beg for gun 3 LL.














 


Day 1 design(empty tank)



Once you have researched AT2, and engine 2(replace all your tank lines into this, and immediately replace that into the TD design shown next)

 

 




 

HC2 TDs(replace your switch lines into this design to retain as much efficiency)

 

 







 

Base 2(only 4 armor clicks to save steel !)

HC3 TD(you can replace the main gun with HV3 if you really want to)

License from Ireland, and make as close to the design as possible(this will be the base) sidenote: make it only 4 armor clicks to save steel.


You convert it to this design when Ireland has it.



Flame Tank(can do more armor click and do gasoline if enough steel)

 

 



 

Recon Tank(can do more armor click and do gasoline if enough steel)(you can replace midway through the game from basic high velo to improved small cannon to save 2 tungsten and 2 steel)

 

 

 

Insert 1 heavy tank instead of heavy TD, replace recon with light tank recon, replace  maintenance or aa (if there is no axis air) with flame tank(useful during dday).(check stockpile). Signals would also be good to reinforce meme better(replacing AA). Important to not allow base tanks in your template when you add the armor meme tank(click “equipment” then uncheck mark your IW Heavy and Improved Heavy bases).

  1. Army:

    Use Jean de Lattre de Tassigny as a FM and give him aggressive assaulter, organization first, charismatic.
    Use the pregrind Alphonse Juin and give him combined arms expert and offensive + assign him as tank high command.

What your officer corps should look like during the Egyptian campaign(no need for special forces advisor). You can select a preferred tactic.


Once you land you should switch your officer corps like this(if fighting in France). If supply is alright, switch the proper heritage to quick improv.

Navy:

It shouldn't matter, but you should ask the UK/Allies what you should do. They might want you to either build convoys, sub spam, escort fleet, or naval larp. If you don't understand the navy, you should let the UK integrate your navy.
